Zoe Roll

Marketing Director

Zoe Roll is Marketing Director at EQUISS, leading the organisation’s brand, communications and campaigns to drive awareness, influence behaviour and support reform across the equestrian world.

Zoe has over 15 years of experience across the charity sector, specialising in campaigning, brand strategy and strategic communications. She has led national, award-winning campaigns that challenge stigma, influence policy and mobilise public action - combining audience insight, creativity and multi-channel delivery to shift perceptions and behaviours at scale.

Her approach is grounded in the belief that lived experience must sit at the heart of communications. She has consistently worked alongside those directly affected to shape campaigns, ensuring their voices are heard and reflected authentically.

At EQUISS, Zoe is responsible for building a trusted and credible brand, leading campaigns that challenge harmful norms and ensuring the organisation connects meaningfully with those it exists to support.

"I believe in the power of communications to drive behaviour change - not just raising awareness, but challenging what is accepted and creating space for people to speak up. EQUISS is an opportunity to build something independent and impactful, and to use communications as a force for real, lasting change."
