Natalie Mark is Operations & Volunteer Manager at EQUISS. Natalie brings a wealth of operational expertise gained through a diverse career across the charity, social care, education, and equestrian sectors.

Having been involved in the equestrian community from a young age, Natalie has developed a deep understanding of the industry alongside a passion for supporting rural communities. Throughout her career, she has successfully led projects, coordinated teams, and overseen the smooth delivery of services, programmes, and events. Most recently, her managerial experience within an agricultural charity saw her play a key role in supporting mental health initiatives, developing community engagement opportunities, and delivering impactful events that strengthened support for the farming community.

Alongside her professional career, Natalie has volunteered with several charitable organisations, including West Mercia Women’s Aid, giving her a strong understanding of advocacy, inclusion, and the importance of creating environments where people feel heard, valued, and supported.

As Operations & Volunteer Manager, Natalie is responsible for ensuring EQUISS operations run effectively while developing and supporting our volunteer network. She’ll play a key role in delivering services, strengthening partnerships, and helping create opportunities that enable the organisation to provide the highest level of support to the equestrian community.
