Sarah White
Sarah White is a senior leader in healthcare supply chain, procurement, and commercial operations, bringing over a decade of governance, risk management, and organisational assurance expertise to the EQUISS Board. She has built her career in high accountability environments, including extensive work with the NHS, where quality, safety, compliance, and ethical practice are fundamental.
Her background spans commercial strategy, regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, and the development of labour standards and quality assurance frameworks. She has led multidisciplinary teams, negotiated high value contracts, and delivered programmes focused on improving standards, transparency, and outcomes across complex supply chains, including policies to identify and address risks related to worker welfare, labour exploitation, and unsafe manufacturing practices.
Outside of her professional work, Sarah has served as a school governor and is a committed advocate for young people with special educational needs to ensure they receive the support and opportunities they deserve.
Driven, principled, and collaborative, Sarah is committed to helping EQUISS set a new benchmark for safeguarding and professional standards across the equestrian sector.
“I’m joining the EQUISS Board because everyone deserves to be safe, respected, and protected. I want to help drive the cultural change this industry urgently needs.”
